2. What we collect
Account, booking, profile, payout and payment-status information, as listed in our privacy policy.
3. Why we are allowed to process it
- To perform the booking you asked for (contract).
- To keep the financial records tax law requires (legal obligation).
- To prevent fraud and keep payments safe (legitimate interest).
- To send marketing email, only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
4. How long we keep it
For as long as your account is open, and afterwards only as long as the law requires for financial records.
5. Your rights
- Ask what personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct or delete it.
- Object to processing, including direct marketing.
- Complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa).
6. How to make a request
Email the Information Officer above, or use our contact page, and say which right you want to exercise. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
